The Inspiration
Dr. Kristie DeBlasio founded Sienna Psychology in memory of her late therapy dog, Sienna. Originally a rescue pup, Sienna experienced multiple adoptions and surrenders before finding her permanent home with Dr. Kristie in 2010, thanks to the continued efforts of Big Dog Ranch Rescue.

Sienna later became a therapy dog and spent her days at the office until her passing in 2022. Her presence brought calm and comfort to many, and her story reflects the values of resilience, compassion, and second chances that continue to guide the practice today.
Our History & Approach
Dr. Kristie is a seasoned Clinical Psychologist and owner of Sienna Psychology with over 20 years of therapeutic and assessment/testing experience. The practice is dedicated to helping individuals, from children to adults, who need support with various emotional challenges and life adversities. Interventions are tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from both conventional therapeutic modalities and the principles of holistic health. Dr. Kristie also holds certification as a Nutrition and Health Coach.
Outside of her role as a therapist, Dr. Kristie has been dedicated to advancing mental health on a broader scale. Since 2018, she has served with distinction on the Florida Bar's Committee on Mental Health and Wellness. In this capacity, she has advocated for and informed systemic improvements in mental health care for attorneys and provided webinars and continuing education programs to its members.
